Join us on Saturday, September 20th anytime between 12-6pm at the much anticipated Fair Oaks Chicken Festival held at Fair Oaks Park (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks, CA 95628). There will be games, food, music, and lots of fun. We have the opportunity to host a games booth for the community and share about our team, the Dolphins. We’d love to see you stop by! We do have a need for more volunteers to man our booth. We will have a ring toss, plinko, temp tattoos so all you have to do is help monitor the games, give out prizes, and chat with our community if the opportunity arises. We will have flyers to hand out as well. We’d love to get more help and have broken it down to 2 hour shifts. Location The Sacramento Stingrays are currently swimming at Sacramento City College: Hoos Pool - Sacramento City College 3835 Freeport Blvd Sacramento, CA 95822 Parking/Pool Entrance Although the school address is on Freeport Blvd, you will enter off of Sutterville Rd and turn into the campus at the football stadium. You may park in the small lot near the pool entrance (West lot), in the parking structure (we expect it to be open), or in the very large lot behind the parking structure. The facility does technically require a parking pass, which can be purchased at the stations in the small lot and on the second floor of the parking structure for $2. The school has not been ticketing, but parking without a pass is at your own risk and your mileage may vary. |
